We have a beautiful cottage close to the beach in Croyde. Only 10 minutes walk takes you to the beach or to the village centre. The house is a modern 2 bedroom house with a lovely lounge with modern leather sofa and arm chairs. The bedrooms are colourful, with one twin room and a double room with a view of the sand dunes and the sea. Parking outside is availble for one car and two cars can be fitted in at a push. For storage of beach equipment and surf boards there is a single garage.

		Lovely walk to the beach. Walk down the road opposite, then along the track lined with some nice pines, then across the fields above, then through the dunes, cross the stream and your on the beach. A lovely 5 to 10 min walk.


	Get changed in the garage and walk to the beach with surf board under the arm along the lovely path above. It doesn’t get better than that, no car, no car park fees just on foot.
