From Croyde - Take B3231 from Croyde to Braunton. As you pass the signs showing you have entered Braunton, you will see the football field on your left and then Lobb Fields Caravan Park, and then the houses start on the left. Immediately after Lobb Fields caravan Park, you will see on the right a small lane (unsigned) Moor Lane.Take this right turn and follow lane for 100m. On the left, after 100m, you will see Broadlands Farm. On the right opposite Broadlands Farm, a short entrance leading to a timber L shaped stable building. Drive up to the building to park and walk to the newest part of the building.
From Barnstaple - Take the A361 from Barnstaple to Braunton. In Braunton centre there is a pedestrian crossing with lights, then immediately after the pedestrian crossing the main lights on the crossroads. Turn left at the cross roads with the traffic lights(not the left turn before the lights)onto the B3231 and follow this for about 1/2mile. Keep going until there are fields to the left (houses still on the right). After 2 or 3 fields on the left there is a farm & farm house. Immediately after the Farm turn left down a small unsigned lane (Moor Lane). If you have gone too far on the B3231, you will see Lobb fields caravan park on the right, which is about 50m past the turning to Moor Lane.
Take this left turn into Moor Lane and follow lane for 100m. On the left you will see Broadlands Farm. On the right opposite Broadlands Farm, a short entrance leading to a timber L shaped stable building. Drive up to the building to park and walk to the newest part of the building.
